For SNES categories, Snes9x 1.6x, BizHawk, Higan, Bsnes, and Lsnes should be submitted under the "Emulator" platform.
Snes9x 1.59 and below, Zsnes, and Uosnes are banned.

Playstation and Saturn runs can be submitted under Mega Man X Collection.

Best Ending, Max% rules: Must collect all 8 health upgrades, 4 sub tanks, gold armor, the 4 Ride armors, and not allow Zero to die (no saber obtained).
