Any% (No Wave Command Codes) rules:
• Timer starts when "Start" is selected.
• Timer stops after you lose control of Mega Man after the last walking section after Le Mu is deleted.
• All forms of Wave Command Codes are banned. The PAL version of the game is highly recommended for this category due to beneficial version differences.
