• Timer stops when you delete Crimson Dragon as Finalized Mega Man.
• Real life brothers/trading is not allowed.
• If using emulator, please list what emulator name and version was used.
• If using emulator, using save states and speedup for any reason including reaching the New Game screen faster is not allowed.
• Noise Modification Gear codes are allowed. Runs must be done on the Japanese version of the game.
