Save states and use of the rewind feature are not allowed. The built-in autofire is allowed.

CPU Speed can be set to Original or Turbo.

Up + Down at the same time is allowed on Legacy Collection runs, as this can be performed legitimately either with a keyboard on the PC versions, or with the use of the D-pad + Analogue stick on the console versions.
