100% Axl (Zashiko Mod) rules: All 4 subtanks, 8 hearts and White Axl must be collected. The gateway skip option is not allowed in this category. You must play through the whole game as Axl. Playing as White Axl without defeating Red is allowed (this category will be made legacy when 1.0.0.4 releases).
