Drop the Bass rules:
• Timer starts when "NEW GAME" is selected
• Timer stops when "ENEMY DELETED" appears after fighting Bass in WWW Area 1
• Using turbo/autofire is not allowed
• If using emulator, list which emulator and what version
• During the run, using save states or speedup for any reason is not allowed
• Use of the Virtual Console "Network" menu is allowed
