Times on the Super Game Boy are automatically converted to compare with other times on the list.
As of June 1, 2018, Soft resetting the game (A+B+Start+Select at once) to skip the first cutscene, before beginning timing, is allowed.

Any% (Buster Only) rules: The only point in the game you must use a weapon other than the buster is Wily Star's Punk section, where you must use one of Pluto or Uranus to proceed through a wall.
