Rockman EXE WS All Stages

All Stages rules:
• Timer starts when "NEW GAME" is selected
• Timer stops when Gospel loses all HP
• Using turbo/autofire is not allowed
• If using emulator, list which emulator and what version
• During the run, using save states or speedup for any reason is not allowed
