Any% (Blue Moon) rules:
* Timer starts when "NEW GAME" is selected
* Timer stops when Duo starts exploding
* Using turbo/autofire is not allowed
* If using emulator, list which emulator and what version
* During the run, using save states and speedup for any reason is not allowed
* The "No Random Encounter" glitch in the Japanese version IS allowed
