WoodMan.EXE Crash Fix (Emulator)

WoodMan.EXE Crash Fix (Emulator)

In Battle Network 4 Blue Moon, you can fight WoodMan but prior the fight you have to do a little task where you find WoodMan on the network while avoiding wood spikes that come out of the path. Now there's an issue tied to this where if you're playing on a DS or an emulator, the sprite for the wooden spike wouldn't load correctly and would either result in massive slowdown or a crash even if you're playing a real cartridge on a real DS. But now there's a fix for it. We do have a ROM patch that helps a bit but still gives a bit of slowdown and no one has wanted to suffer through it.

But now, there's a new GBA emulator called mGBA. The team behind mGBA says that the WoodMan issue has been fixed in their emulator and there shouldn't be any issues with it crashing or slowing down. So now using this emulator, it is possible to comfortably run the game on emulator. If you're interested in taking a look at this emulator, you can check it out here: https://endrift.com/mgba/

Edit: Forgot to mention it but I did test it and it is fixed.
